I’m a Certified Trauma-Informed Life, Health, and Weight Loss Coach, passionate about helping Millennial women transform their bodies through body recomposition—building lean muscle while burning fat—without the stress of restrictive diets or endless hours in the gym.

I believe that strong is better than skinny.

My coaching is rooted in an intuitive holistic framework that integrates somatic work to release stored tension in the body, strength training to build physical and mental resilience, and subconscious techniques like hypnotherapy to reprogram limiting beliefs and reinforce lasting change.
